      Description

      Steps to reproduce (using latest master):

      1. Create an app as follows

      {
        "id": "/le-sleep",
        "cmd": "sleep 3600",
        "cpus": 1,
        "mem": 128,
        "disk": 0,
        "instances": 3,
        "container": {
          "type": "MESOS",
          "volumes": [
            {
              "containerPath": "hi",
              "mode": "RW",
              "persistent": {
                "size": 16,
                "type": "root",
                "constraints": []
              }
            }
          ]
        }
      }

      2. Using the Marathon UI, select one of the instances and click "Kill and Wipe"

      3. The task is expunged from Marathon, but if you go to the Mesos UI, the task is actually not killed.
